The reservation and payment:

1. Please contact us as early as possible informing us your tour itinerary, exact date of entry and exit, number and name of participants, e-mail address, telephone number, and special requirement.etc. Passport numbers are also needed if you ask us to book air tickets for you.
2. Offer us the information above by submitting Tour Reservation Form or e-mailing us.
3. If you choose a tour within Huangshan; half of the payment is required by cash on arrival, the other half required before departure.
4. If you choose a tour of Huangshan and other cities, the 50% payment is required by cash on arrival, the rest of the payment requried before you leave Huanghsan City.

The price for tours includes:

1. The domestic transportation (car or van, cable-car) between places of interests in the itinerary. We can reserve flight ticket between Shanghai and Huangshan if requried.
2. The lodging and 3 meals a day.
3. Daily American breakfast at the hotel, Chinese lunch with one cup of soft drink outside the hotel. Dinners are as specified in the itinerary.
4. Private transfers between airports or train stations and hotel and the all sightseeing spots.
5. All normal sightseeing tours in each city with private and professional English-speaking guide assistance and admission fees where applicable.
6. Personal safety insurance with the tour inside China.

The price does not include:

1. The international arrival and departure flight
2. The expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, drink, telex, telephone calls or excess baggage charges.
3. The airport construction fee (every stop USD6.00) and the departure tax (USD11.00).
4. The tips for the guides and drivers.

The season definition:

Shoulder Season: March 1 -- November 30, Spring Festival
Peak Season: May 1 -- May 5   &   October 1 -- October 5
Off Season: December 1 -- Next February 28
