The
Wuyuan County is located at the northeastern corner of Jiangxi
province, neighboring Anhui province and Zhejiang province.
It had been a county of Huizhou(today's Huangshan City) in Anhui
province for nearly 1200 years. The most natural scenery, beautiful
waters and ancient villages are the typical features of Wuyuan.
People there live and work in the very traditional ways, in
Shangri La alike. You can see and enjoy the very rustic scenery
and the most beautiful residences over there.
Begin at
downtown Tunxi and drive to the ancient Wuyuan County in the
morning. You will visit three typical spots over there and they
are the ancient villages Jiangwan, Xiaoqi and Likeng. Come back
to Tunxi in the late afternoon.
